Peter Russell brings a lifetime's experience of teaching meditation and mind skills to help participants in this program learn how to allow the mind to settle into a state of ease and calm. By relaxing the mind and releasing tension, we can become more aware of subtler levels of thinking and more present to what is happening, both in the world around us on ourselves. He will teach participants how to get more in touch with their inner knowing, and how to use this to open up to deeper feelings, and so better manage our emotions. A critical key in changing our responses is to change the way we see or interpret situations. Participants will learn how to see the mindsets and belief systems that are operating and how to develop new ways of seeing.
This section of the program will also teach skills that develop attention, memory, and creativity in order to be more efficient in mental tasks.
