Turning Bipolar from an illness to an advantage takes time. Without a system in place that helps you to stay on track, the odds are greatly diminished. The problem with just reading a book or taking a seminar is that once the initial excitement wears off, the number of people who keep up the programs drops precipitously. We have a program built that combines all of the support needed to stay on track and develop the habits necessary to maintain for life. In addition, all of the components are on the same page; we all follow the same timeline throughout the six month program.
Each week, there is a topic that we all focus on. Lessons, discussions, homework assignments, exercises and every aspect of the program is coordinated around the topic of the week. Ranging from resistance to change to how to revise your goals, each team member reinforces the growth facilitated by the other team members.
Topics include: Resistance to Change, Increasing Awareness, Habits, Revising Goals, Deeper Introspection, Sustaining The Process, Defining Growth, Periodic Goal Review, Strengthening Relationships, Acceptance, and more.
