Thank you again for signing up to the Bipolar IN Order Online Education Program. This program is helping thousands challenge all we believe about bipolar, from how we define it to how we treat it.
The courses are going to help you create a clear path to a better life. Bipolar IN Order is a complete system that will make sense and work for you once all the pieces are in place.
The Basics:
As a member you have access to our free courses (offered monthly to guests), the core 8-week Bipolar IN Order Course and 14 Supplemental Courses at no extra charge.
All courses have a live session component which you can attend. Instructions for attending the live sessions are inside of the courses. You will also be notified of start dates for upcoming courses, news, and events via e-mail.
To get started, click on the “My Account” link at the top right of any page on our website. (On phones and tablets it might be hidden behind the ‘hamburger’ three lines at the top of the page; just click on the hamburger and the navigation will drop down for you.)
You will need to login in order to access all of the content material for each course listed on the course's dashboard. Add your email and password; then click on the course you wish to get started with. Remember you do not have to log-in when taking a free course.
Agree to the privacy policies on your first visit and from then on the first page you will see will be the dashboard where all of the available courses are visible. We have seen some occasional glitches where the software did not enroll people right away, so please contact us at support@bipolaradvantage.com if this is the case for you. We will add you manually if the courses are not showing up upon your first visit.
Tech Support:
Tech support is for helping with problems navigating the site and courses. It is not for answering questions about course content. Course questions are answered in the live sessions and in the discussion forums.
Please click on the chat button at the lower right corner of any page on our site for tech support. If the chat function is not staffed at the time, we will get back with you as soon as we can.
