Reminders Overview
Every day the user should do an introspection process. There are two parts to the process: the introspection chart and the check-in (need a name for that one).
Once a week we add to that so the user does the daily check-in the normal way but a more detail is added (the physical, mental,emtional... of the state).
Once a month there is a full review of all of the exercises and preferences.
